Product details

The delicious raw marzipan for rolling from FunCakes is very soft and flexible. This makes the marzipan easy to handle and perfect for rolling out. The raw marzipan has a nice, fine texture and remains firm after rolling. If you want a less intense final color, you can simply mix the colored marzipan with white marzipan. You can also mix two different colored marzipan masses together.

To fully cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm), you need about 500 g of marzipan. The raw marzipan must be kneaded well before rolling it out on a thin layer of powdered sugar. Halal, Kosher D, gluten-free, and azo-free.
