Consume up to one packet of sweets per hour of activity, taking into account other sources of carbohydrate in your nutritional strategy. One portion (6 sweets) provides 30 g of carbohydrates. Thanks to its 2:1 glucose-fructose formula, it can be used in combination with the other products in the C2:1PRO line to exceed the hourly carbohydrate requirement of 60g and even reach up to 90g.
