Product details

This product makes dressing cakes with rolled fondant much easier and saves time. The time-consuming and often tedious rolling out process is eliminated. Each package contains 450 g of round rolled white fondant, carefully wrapped in foil. The diameter is 33 cm, so depending on the height of the cake, the covering is sufficient for a cake with a diameter of about 24 cm.

Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, palm fat, water, humectant (E 422), thickeners (E 466, E 413), emulsifier (E 472c), natural flavouring, preservative (E 202), acidity regulator (E 330). May contain: (ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, PISTACHIOS).
Instructions for use
1. to prevent cracks, warm the decor fondant carefully with your hands before rolling it out or, while still in the packaging, roll it gently back and forth on the work surface. 2 Spread a thin layer of jam or buttercream on the cake to secure the decor fondant rolled out on the cake. 3 Carefully and slowly roll out the decor fondant. 4 Pick up the decorative fondant from the plastic film and drape it over the cake. 5 Carefully remove the plastic film. Then carefully smooth out the decor fondant with your hands. Work from the centre towards the edges and then down the sides. 6. cut off the protruding edges with a sharp knife. Store in a cool, dry place.
