58% cream powder (sugar, glucose syrup, gelatine, starch, stabiliser (xanthan gum), gelling agent (carrageenan), flavouring), 42% forest fruit saucee (sugar, forest fruit (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries), glucose-fructose syrup, water, modified starch, gelling agent (carrageenan), acidifier (E 330), flavourings). May contain: GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS, ALMONDS, WALNUTS, HAZELNUT KERNELS, PISTACHIOS.
Instructions for use
Saucepan: Bring the required amount of milk and whipping cream to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the Dr. Oetker Panna Cotta powder into the hot liquid with a whisk until everything has dissolved (do not bring to the boil). Portion the finished panna cotta and chill overnight. Tip: If you replace the specified amount of whipped cream with milk, you will get a creamy dessert that can be served in portioned bowls. Dosage: 120 g dessert powder to 0.4 litres of whipped cream and 0.6 litres of milk.
