Dr. Oetker Nut Nougat

Dr. Oetker Nut Nougat is excellent for baking, as its high nut content provides more firmness. Nut Nougat also tastes wonderful with crêpes, homemade pralines, or simply as a little treat in between meals. Dr. Oetker Nut Nougat can be used both in a cold, firm state and in a creamy form: For firm use, store the package in the refrigerator for a short time to make it easier to remove the contents. For spreadable use, warm the nougat in a water bath over low heat.
