Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Baking mix (WHEAT flour, sugar, WHEAT STARCH, dextrose, raising agents (E 450, E 500), thickeners (E 412, E 415, E 466), rice starch, emulsifiers (E 475, E 471, E 433), flavouring), chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flavouring). May contain: (EGG, SOY, MILK, NUTS).
Instructions for use
You also add: 1 dl milk, 125g butter (margarine) soft, 2 eggs. 1. prepare: Line a muffin tin (or a baking tray) with the muffin paper cases. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C). Place the baking mixture in a mixing bowl, add the softened butter (margarine), eggs and milk. Mix briefly with the mixer on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for 2 minutes to form a smooth dough. 2. prepare the batter: Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Using two tablespoons, divide the batter into the 12 muffin cases and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips. 3. bake: Bake in the centre of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Leave the baked muffins to cool on a wire rack. Store in a cool, dry place.
