Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Baking mix: wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, oligofructose, dextrose, raising agents (E450, E500), thickeners (E412, E415), flavouring, rice starch, emulsifiers (E475, E471). Chocolate chips: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithins or ammonium phosphatides (depending on the supply system), flavouring.
Instructions for use
Baking: You still need: 125ml milk, 150g butter, softened, 1 egg. 1. prepare: Line a muffin tin (or a baking tray) with the muffin paper cases. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven 160 °C). Pour the baking mixture into a mixing bowl, add the softened margarine, egg and milk. Mix briefly with the mixer on the lowest setting, then process on the highest setting for 2 minutes to form a smooth dough. 2. prepare the batter: Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Using two tablespoons, divide the batter into the 12 paper muffin cases and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips. 3. bake: Bake in the centre of the oven for about 20 minutes. Leave the baked muffins to cool on a wire rack.
