Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, modified potato starch, beef gelatine, palm fat, maltodextrin, MILK WHITE, emulsifier (E 472b), colouring foodstuffs colouring food (carrot juice concentrate, turmeric extract), acidifier (citric acid), 1.4 SKIMMED MILK YOGHURT POWDER, flavouring (contains MILK INGREDIENTS), thickening agent (xanthan gum, carob bean gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), As part of the production process (EGG, GLUTEN-CONTAINED CEREALS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, ALMONDS, PISTACHIOS). Technologically unavoidable traces can therefore not be be excluded.
Instructions for use
Pour the required amount of cold milk into a tall container. Stir in the appropriate amount of dessert powder. Using a mixer or whisking machine, whisk at the highest speed for approx. 5 minutes until the mousse has reached a creamy consistency. Portion out and chill for at least 1 hour. Note: If you are preparing a larger quantity, the whipping time of 5 minutes at maximum speed should be adhered to in order to achieve the best possible result. Dosage: 280 g dessert powder to 1 litre of milk.
