With Dr. Oetker Gelfix 4:1, you can create wonderfully fruity jams and jellies with almost no sugar! One packet of Gelfix 4:1 is sufficient for 1 kg of prepared fruit (or 850 ml of fruit juice for jellies) and only about 250 g of sugar. Sugar can be replaced with cane or brown sugar as desired.
