Instructions for use | 1 sachet corresponds to 2-3 sheets of gelatine. 1 sachet is sufficient for 250 g of cake filling or 250 ml (1/4 litre) of liquid. When using cold ingredients* (more than half of the ingredients from the refrigerator) or when using less than 125 ml (1/8 litre) of liquid, 1 sachet of Gelatine express is equivalent to 2 sheets of gelatine. When using warm ingredients* (room temperature), 1 sachet of Gelatine express is equivalent to 3 sheets of gelatine. *Cream, milk, dairy products, liquids, pureed fruit. Note: Does not work with fresh pineapple, kiwis, figs and papayas. These fruits contain an enzyme that dissolves gelatine. |
