For one pack of Gelierzucker Extra 2:1 (5 g), you need 1 kg of fruit or 9 ml of fruit juice. It is also possible to use any commercially available juice or nectar (except grape juice) for making a jelly. Dr. Oetker Gelierzucker Extra 2:1 contains the plant-based gelling agent pectin, which is derived from apples and citrus fruits.
