Also suitable for sauces, creams, and fondue. With the baking enhancer made from wheat starch, your pastries will be airy, light, and stay fresh longer. Your sauces, creams, and even fondues will be perfectly bound. Various uses. Use Epifin for baking or as a sauce thickener. When baking, replace one-quarter to half of the flour with Epifin (not suitable for yeast dough). If using Epifin as a sauce thickener, preferably stir it into cold liquid (about 1 tablespoon for 2.5 dl of sauce).
