Dr. Oetker Sweet Topping is the perfect glaze for all fruit tarts. Simply mix the contents of the bag with 3 dl of milk and pour it over the prepared fruit tart. One bag is sufficient for a fruit tart with a diameter of approximately 28 cm.

Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, CHICKEN EGG WHITE POWDER, modified starch, colourings (carotene, riboflavins), acidity regulator (E 330). May contain: (MILK)
Instructions for use
You also add: 3 dl milk for the icing. For the cake: dough, fruit and nuts to taste. 1. preheat the oven to 220 °C (hot air 200 °C). Line the greased baking tray with the pastry and prick with a fork. 2. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of ground nuts on the pastry base. Top with any fruit you like. 3. mix the contents of the sachet well in 3 dl milk and pour the icing over the fruit. 4 Bake on the lowest shelf of the preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place.
