Dr. Oetker Dessertmischung Crepes

The Dr Oetker batter mix for crêpes only needs to be mixed with milk. So nothing stands in the way of spontaneous crêpes fun. The crêpes can be served with a savoury filling as a main course or with a sweet filling as a dessert. One bag makes approx. 8 crêpes. You also add: 4 dl past or UP milk. Preparation instructions: Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the bag contents and mix with a whisk until a smooth batter is formed. Fry the crêpes batter in batches in a pan with a little butter or oil over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Top the crêpes with the desired filling before serving. Serving suggestion for the filling: Crêpes can be savoury (e.g. with strips of ham, grated cheese, mushrooms, minced meat, vegetables, etc.) or sweet (e.g. with a topping made from ham).) or sweet (e.g. with fruit, jam, sugar, dessert sauce, whipped cream, ice cream, honey, etc.).
