| Instructions for use | You still need: 2.5 dl milk, 200 g ladyfingers, 2 dl cold espresso (sweetened), some cocoa or chocolate powder for dusting. 1. Pour 2.5 litres of milk into a bowl, add the contents of a sachet and beat with a mixer on a medium speed for approx. 3 minutes. 2. place half of the biscuits (100g) in an ovenproof dish (approx. 16 x 21 cm), drizzle with half of the cold espresso (1 dl) and spread half of the cream on top. 3 Repeat this process for the 2nd layer. Finally, smooth out the crème and refrigerate for 3 hours. Dust with cocoa or chocolate powder before serving. Store in a cool, dry place. |
