The Dr. Oetker pancake mix for crêpes only needs to be mixed with milk. This makes spontaneous crêpe enjoyment easy and hassle-free. The crêpes can be filled savory as a main dish or sweet as a dessert, according to your preference. One packet yields about 8 crêpes.
You also need to add: 4 dl of pasteurized or UHT milk.
Preparation instructions: Pour the milk into a bowl. Add the contents of the packet and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
