Instructions for use | The pack contains: 225 g cake aid. You also need: 1 cake base, 5 dl cold water, 2 dl full cream, 500 g low-fat quark. 1. place the springform tin ring (or cake ring) on a cake plate and line the edge with a strip of baking paper. Place the cake base in the tin. 2 Rinse out a mixing bowl with hot water. Pour in the cold water and cake mixture (the mixing bowl and whisk must be free of grease). Beat with the mixer on the highest setting for approx. 4 minutes until a fine-pored, white foam has formed. Beat the quark into the foam mixture in four successive batches. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in until the mixture is uniform. 3. pour the mixture onto the cake base, smooth out and leave to set in the fridge. After approx. 3 hours, loosen the springform ring and remove the baking paper. Decorate the cake as desired just before serving. Tip: If the mixture is too runny, refrigerate for exactly 15 minutes in a cool, dry place. |
