Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Baking mix (WHEAT flour, sugar, WHEAT STARCH, glucose syrup, raising agent (E 500ii), caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin, flavouring), chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)). May contain: (EGG, SOY, MILK, ALMOND, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS).
Instructions for use
You still need: 120g butter (margarine), liquid 1. prepare: Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (hot air 160 °C). 2. prepare the dough: Melt the butter (margarine) and leave to cool. Pour the baking mixture into a mixing bowl, add the melted butter (margarine) and mix well. Carefully stir in the chocolate flakes and work into a dough. 3 Mould and bake: Shape the dough into 16 balls, spread them on the tray and press flat with your hand. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate flakes. Bake in the centre of the oven for approx. 7-9 minutes. Leave the baked cookies to cool on a wire rack. Tip: Store the cookies in a tin to keep them fresh for longer. Store in a cool, dry place.
