Instructions for use | You still need: 125g soft butter (margarine), 3 eggs. 1. prepare and make the dough: Preheat the oven to 170 °C (hot air 160 °C). Assemble the enclosed baking tin according to the instructions and place on a baking tray. Pour the baking mixture into a mixing bowl. Add the grated coconut (keep 1 tsp. for the decoration), soft butter (margarine) and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer on the highest setting for 2 minutes until smooth. 2. fill the baking tin and bake: pour the batter into the tin, smooth it out and bake in the centre of the oven. After 35 minutes, prick the centre of the cake with a wooden skewer. The cake is ready when any dough remains stick to it. If the batter is still runny, bake for a little longer and check again with a wooden stick. 3 Decorate: After baking, leave the cake to cool completely in the tin. Then remove from the tin with a knife and sprinkle with grated coconut before serving. Store in a cool, dry place. |
