Suitable for use in cookies, muffins, and brownies. Here's how to do it: Simply stir the baking-stable chunks into the batter before baking. Chocolate chunks can also be melted for decorating. To do this, fill the melted chocolate into a piping bag and decorate the baked goods as desired.

Preparation in a water bath: Melt the chocolate chunks in a heat-resistant bowl over steam (water bath) on low heat. Caution: No water should come into contact with the chocolate while heating.

Preparation in the microwave: Melt the chocolate chunks in a microwave-safe bowl at about 400 watts for one minute in the microwave, then stir well. If necessary, repeat in 10-second intervals. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate while melting, and do not place the bowl in the center of the turntable. Caution: The chocolate can become very hot.

Preparation in a bain-marie: Melt the chocolate chunks in a heat-resistant bowl over steam (bain-marie) on a low heat. Caution: Make sure that no water gets into the chocolate when heating! Preparation in the microwave: Melt the chocolate chunks in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave at approx. 400 watts for one minute and then stir well. Repeat in 10 second increments if necessary. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate while melting. Do not place the bowl in the centre of the turntable. Caution: The chocolate can become very hot! Cocoa: 25% minimum Store in a dry place and not above room temperature.
