Suitable for use in cookies, muffins, and brownies. Here's how to do it: Simply stir the baking-stable chunks into the batter before baking. Chocolate chunks can also be melted for decorating. To do this, fill the melted chocolate into a piping bag and decorate the baked goods as desired.
Preparation in a water bath: Melt the chocolate chunks in a heatproof bowl over steam (water bath) on low heat. Caution: Make sure no water gets into the chocolate while heating.
Preparation in the microwave: Melt the chocolate chunks in a microwave-safe bowl at about 400 watts for one minute, then stir well. If necessary, repeat in 10-second intervals. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate while melting, and do not place the bowl in the center of the turntable. Caution: The chocolate can become very hot.
