Product details
Suitable for use in cookies, muffins and brownies. This is how it's done: Simply stir the bake-stable chunks into the mixture before baking. Chocolate chunks can also be used melted for decoration. To do this, fill the melted chocolate into a piping bag and decorate the chunks as desired. Preparation in a water bath: Melt the chocolate chunks in a heat-resistant bowl over steam (water bath) at low heat. Attention: When heating, no water may get into the chocolate. Preparation in the microwave: Melt the chocolate chunks in a microwave-proof bowl at approx. 400 watts for one minute in the microwave and then stir well. If necessary, repeat in 10 second steps. Take care that the chocolate does not overheat while melting and do not place the bowl in the middle of the turntable. Caution: The chocolate can get very hot.
