Treat yourself and your loved ones with the delicious Dr Oetker cheese and cream tart baking mix. With just one packet, you can conjure up a delicious cake with a moist base and creamy cheese cream. Easy to bake and a delight for the senses - perfect for special occasions or simply as a sweet snack. Let yourself be won over by this unique flavour. Preparation: The pack contains: 235 g baking mix for the dough, 140 g mix for the filling, 10 g decorating sugar. You will also need: Springform tin (Ø 26 cm), e.g. Dr Oetker baking paper, cake ring. Just add: 100 g soft margarine or butter, 3 eggs (size M), 500 g cold whipping cream, 200 ml warm water, 500 g quark (low-fat). 1. prepare the dough and bake: Place baking paper in the springform tin. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: approx. 170 °C, hot air: approx. 150 °C. Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl, add the margarine or butter and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer (beaters) on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until smooth. Pour the batter into the springform tin, smooth out and place on the rack in the oven. Lower third of the oven, baking time: approx. 30 minutes. Loosen and remove the springform tin rim. Turn the cake out onto a cake rack lined with baking paper and leave to cool. 2. prepare the base: remove the baking paper from the base. Cut the cake once horizontally. Place the bottom cake layer on a cake plate. Place a cake ring or cleaned springform tin rim around it. 3. filling: Whip the cream until stiff. Place the mixture for the filling in a mixing bowl, add warm water and mix well with a whisk. Stir in the quark in batches, then fold in the cream. Spread the filling over the base. Place the top layer on top, press down lightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Loosen and remove the cake ring before serving. Sprinkle the cake with decorative sugar.
