Instructions for use | Preparation: 1. soak the required number of gelatine leaves in cold water for about 5-7 minutes, remove and squeeze out slightly. Stir the squeezed gelatine directly into the hot mixture. The gelatine will dissolve immediately. 2. in cold mixtures (e.g. cream), heat the squeezed gelatine in a small pan (do not bring to the boil) and dissolve. 3. first stir a small amount of the mixture into the dissolved gelatine, never the other way round. 4. then stir this into the total amount and chill for at least 2-3 hours. |
