The capers from the island of Syros are only preserved in sea salt. This traditional method has almost been forgotten in Greece. Their intense flavor and variety of aromas overshadow everything previously known about capers. All the fruits in the jar are perfectly crunchy. This experience was an absolute surprise for us, and it was a must to include these capers in our range.
But beware: there is a risk of consuming the entire jar as a snack.
