Product details

Melting fondant is perfect for coating cream slices, éclairs, petit fours, carrot cakes, chocolate heads, and caracs. Simply place the desired amount of soft fondant in a small saucepan and heat it while stirring constantly. If the fondant becomes too firm, you can add a little sugar syrup as needed. The fondant can be colored with paste or liquid food coloring.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, preservative: E202, acidity regulator: E330, stabilizer: E420, emulsifier: E471.
