Product details

Baking sheet made from guaranteed PFOA-free PTFE coated non-stick glass fiber, economical and reusable up to 200 times. The non-stick properties on each side allow for easy pastry removal or mold release. The very fine sheet does not affect heat diffusion or transmission. It is very flexible, fitting all sizes and shapes of baking means, and can be easily cut with scissors to perfectly adjust to the shape of any mold. Sturdy construction withstands temperatures from -170°C to +260°C. Care instructions: wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge and dry thoroughly before storing. Discard when the non-stick properties begin to disappear. Not dishwasher-safe.
