Veggie Chunks
Our gluten-free Veggie Chunks made from peas & field beans are the ideal vegan meat alternative for gyros and meatballs of all kinds. Thanks to their coarse structure, the protein-rich Veggie Chunks absorb spices and marinades very well and are therefore versatile in the creative kitchen.
Preparation
1. pour 4 times the amount of boiling water over Veggie Chunks.
2. leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
3. drain briefly and fry according to recipe. Cook well before eating.
