Spelt is the original form of today's wheat and is appreciated for its excellent baking properties. In baking recipes, wheat flour can be replaced 1:1 with spelt flour. With its robust, nutty flavor, whole or cracked grains cooked are also very popular as a side dish as well as in salads, casseroles, and patties.

Our whole grain spelt comes from organic farms in Germany.
