The round grain brown rice contains all the valuable nutrients of the rice grain and is therefore a whole grain rice.
Usage: It is ideal for Mediterranean stir-fry dishes and as a side dish.
Preparation: For a side dish for 2 people, bring 125 g of round grain rice to a boil in 250 ml of lightly salted water and let it simmer gently for 35-40 minutes.
