D’Angelo Tortellini filled with Porcini Mushrooms
D’Angelo's pasta is made exclusively using the cold rolling process. This gentle processing helps the tortellini retain most of their nutrients and flavor. D’Angelo's tortellini are also semi-fresh, meaning they contain only half as much water as fresh pasta. As a result, a package weighs only half as much as usual. However, during cooking, the tortellini absorb the missing water and expand to double their size.
