Previously known as the Double-Sided Food Pen from Rainbow Dust, the Rainbow Dust Food Art Pen is dual-sided, featuring a 0.5 mm tip on one end and a 2.5 mm tip on the other. With the two pen tips, you can use it for both coloring and adding smaller details, such as eyes, eyelashes on faces, or veins on leaves and flowers.

The special food ink dries quickly and is easier to handle than paint and brushes. The pen works best on a firm surface. Allow the royal icing to dry before applying the pen for optimal results. Store the pen tightly closed to prevent it from drying out. If the pen does dry out, you can moisten it with a little water.
