Instructions for use | INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE (not included in this pack) 250ml plant-based milk alternative 110ml vegetable oil (or 100g melted coconut oil) CAKE PREPARATION Preheat oven to 180°C top and bottom heat. Place all the ingredients together with the contents of the packet in a mixing bowl and mix. For a single-layer cake, pour the batter into a 20cm diameter cake tin. For a two-layer cake, pour the batter into two 20cm cake tins. Bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes, remove and leave to cool. INGREDIENTS FOR THE GLAZE (not included in this pack) 130g icing sugar 3 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder 80g plant-based butter alternative Plant-based milk alternative (optional) PREPARING THE ICING Carefully mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
