Product details

The bud of the clove is the flower of the clove tree, which is picked before it blooms and then dried. The harvest is done by hand in two or three passes during the flowering period. First, the small bouquet is picked. Then, it is necessary to separate each bud from its stem. Finally, the drying process must be carried out. The leaves, anthophylls (i.e., ripe fruits), and of course the buds, which contain the majority of the eugenol, are distilled.
