Colour Mill Colouring - Mustard

Achieve flawless, vibrant and beautifully bold colour finishes on your cake creations by using the Colour Mill Oil Blend range of oil-based food colourants. Colour Mill oil-based food colours allow the colour to spread into any part of a high-fat base, including sugar, eggs and butter. This is because all water-based materials have been removed and replaced with oils suitable for baking; these oils mix much better than water-based gels (which water is known to repel the oils from your pastry).
Unlike traditional gel colours, Colour Mill colours love the fats and oils in your baked goods and use them to spread the specially formulated colour. The result is surprisingly vibrant, rich and consistent shades that won't fade. It works particularly well in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugarpaste. It also works in flower paste, gumpaste, modelling clay, marzipan, baking mixes, confectionery, icing, isomalt, piping gel, lace mixes and much more.
Not only will your cakes look amazing, but you'll also use much less colouring as it's a high concentration. You only need a tiny drop at a time to get the shade you want - we recommend using the end of a cocktail stick.
The bottle comes with a squeeze-top dispenser lid to increase accuracy.
