Mascobado is a ready-to-use, robust Fairtrade and organic whole cane sugar derived from sugarcane juice. It retains the full flavor and all the natural components of the plant. Mascobado is produced in the Philippines using a traditional method. As an unrefined sugar, it does not crystallize as uniformly as industrial white sugar.
