Instructions for use | Mix 30 g powder with 375 ml water (isotonic drink, 280 mOsm/l) or with 500 ml water (hypotonic drink, 210 mOsm/kg). Hypotonic drink is suitable before and during sports performance. Isotonic drink is recommended for adults after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, i.e. 3 doses (90 g).
