Rehydrated mushrooms 40% (button mushroom, shiitake mushroom, butter mushroom), salt, water, yeast extract, mushroom concentrate 8%, sugar, glucose syrup, onion powder, garlic powder, natural flavouring, flavouring, acidifier (citric acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum).
Instructions for use
Shake well before use. Use 5-50 ml for seasoning; 30 ml/1 litre of water for stock; 20 ml/1 litre of water for bouillon. Suitable for hot and cold preparations. Shake well before use.
