81.3% wholemeal cereal flours (29.6% OAT, 29.6% WHEAT, 17.9% BARLEY, 2.1% maize, 2.1% rice), sugar, WHEAT STARCH, invert sugar syrup, molasses, vitamins and minerals (calcium carbonate, vit. C, niacin, iron, pantothenic acid, folic acid, vitamin D, vit. B6, riboflavin [vit. B2]), sunflower oil, salt, colouring agents (annatto, carotene), caramel sugar syrup, antioxidant (extracts containing strong tocopherols). May contain NUTS.
Instructions for use
For a balanced breakfast, we recommend a portion of wholegrain cereals with: 125ml milk, 1 glass of water, 1 piece of fresh fruit, an additional source of protein.
