With this Piedmont hazelnut paste, you can create delicious pralines and various fillings and treats. The hazelnuts used are grown in the beautiful Piedmont region and are renowned worldwide as one of the best nut varieties. You can use the hazelnut paste to flavor your praline, cake, or macaron fillings. Direct use of the flavor paste is not recommended, as it is very intense in flavor and is better used as a flavor enhancer for chocolate ganache or cream fillings.
