Product details

Caso's 1221 film roll can be used with Caso's bar vacuum cleaners and certain other brands of equipment. The transparent film is boil-proof and suitable for microwaves. It can also be used to cook Sous-Vide, i.e. "under vacuum". This preserves the natural taste of the food. The material of Caso Profi films is BPA-free and very strong & tear-resistant (material thickness approx. 160 µm). This prevents the penetration of pointed objects such as bones or bones. Caso Profi films are suitable for use in the microwave (up to max. 70°C).
