Ripe fruits of the highest quality form the sole basis of PURO Balsamic Vinegar. For one liter of balsamic vinegar, 6 to 8 kilograms of fruit are required. After two carefully monitored fermentation processes, the young vinegars are refined and finally aged in stainless steel tanks to best preserve the purity of the fruit aromas.
