Massa Ticino Tropic White has an even higher elasticity and can be rolled out even more easily without breaking. The Massa Ticino Tropic fondant is particularly well-suited for the hot summer months, as the decorating mass does not start to sweat immediately when the surrounding temperature is warmer or more humid.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), gelling agent: tragacanth, vegetable fat (sunflower), humectant: glycerin, acidifier: citric acid, vanillin.

Allergens: May contain traces of: almonds, soy, hazelnuts.
