Byodo Raspberry vinegar (5% acidity)

The Byodo Raspberry Vinegar (5% acidity) is infused with ripe organic raspberries, giving it an intense berry flavor and a beautiful, vibrant red color. These raspberries are processed into fine raspberry wine and raspberry concentrate. The wine is then slowly fermented into vinegar at pleasantly warm temperatures. This process is known as continuous vinegar fermentation.

The finished vinegar is flavored with raspberry concentrate and is only filtered before being bottled.

Like all Byodo vinegars, it is completely natural and is not heated. This way, valuable enzymes and flavor compounds are preserved in a delicious manner. Cloudiness or sediment at the bottom of the bottle, as well as possible flaking, do not indicate a loss of quality. On the contrary! They point to the natural production method of this organic product. So-called vinegar "mothers" can easily be strained out, and the vinegar can be used normally.
