Byodo Pomegranate balsam tart, fruity (5% acidity)

The Byodo Pomegranate Balsam (5% acidity) is made from fruity apple balsam. It is refined with pomegranate juice, giving the organic balsamic vinegar its tart yet fruity flavor. Traditionally, pomegranate balsam is often used in North African cuisine, such as with couscous, but its mild acidity also pairs excellently with game dishes. Like all Byodo vinegars, the pomegranate balsam is completely natural and is not sulfured. It is produced through continuous vinegar fermentation at pleasantly warm temperatures.
