Byodo Frying oil

The Byodo Classic Frying Oil is made exclusively from high oleic organic sunflower seeds. This special variety contains a particularly high amount of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid that is well-suited for heating. A careful deodorization of the cold-pressed oil also ensures that heat-sensitive color and flavor compounds are reduced in the oil. As a result, the classic frying oil is highly heat-resistant and has a particularly mild taste. The organic sunflower seed frying oil is a true all-rounder and can be used universally.
