The organic Filini, also known as "little threads," are a deliciously fine pasta shape that is known as a soup noodle and is popular among all age groups.

Manufacturing information: 10,000 kg of freshly milled organic durum wheat semolina or whole grain semolina is mixed with 3,000 liters of fresh spring water in the organic pasta factory of Pasta-Partner. Depending on the shape, the mixture is then pressed through appropriate molds. To ensure that the gourmet pasta lands perfectly in the pot, it is slowly dried at 70 - 80 °C. This guarantees a consistently beautiful pasta shape without cracks or cuts at the edges.
