The grain from the region is processed into flakes in our water mill in Bohlsen before being baked into crispy oat-coconut crunchy. Mixed with a nutty variety of hazelnuts and almonds for a full-bodied nutty taste experience – my crunchy. My moment of enjoyment.

The Bohlsener Mühle has been milling since 1265. In our water mill, we have been processing 100% organic raw materials for over 40 years. Together with our farmers, we are committed to sustainable farming, organic agriculture, and our region. Today, we mill, bake, and compose a variety of organic foods in our mill and bakery.
