Biovegan Zitronensäure

Suitable for use in food and in the household. The content corresponds to approx. 160 ml (approx. 14 tablespoons) of fresh lemon juice.

Use:

• To regulate acidity and as a gelling aid when preserving fruit spreads made from less acidic or sweet fruits.
• Prevents freshly peeled fruit and vegetables from turning brown.
• Lemon juice can be replaced by citric acid when preserving.
• Adds flavour to fruit salads, fruit spreads and salads.
• For flavouring hot and cold drinks.
• For descaling, as a water softener and as an alternative fabric softener.

Allergy information:
May contain traces of almonds, mustard and soya due to the manufacturing process.
