It impresses with its unique flavor and simple preparation: just add water, olive oil, and yeast. Mix everything together and let it rise. Then shape it into a focaccia, decorate with your choice of ingredients, and bake. Tip: The focaccia can be refined to your liking, for example with herbs, olives, tomatoes, peppers, or feta substitute. The baking mix contains 500 g and yields approximately 910 g of focaccia.

Ingredients and instructions for use

Maize starch*, wholemeal rice flour*, tapioca starch*, light rice flour*, potato starch*, wholemeal millet flour*, maize flour*, psyllium husks*, salt, quinoa sourdough powder* (94 % quinoa milling products*, rice milling products*), grape must concentrate*. Legend: * Organic, ** Bud, *** Demeter.
Instructions for use
For your focaccia you still need: - 550 ml water - 5 tbsp (50 ml) OLIVE OIL - 1 sachet of vegan baker's yeast (7 g) - Hand mixer with dough hook - Optional: halved cocktail tomatoes, salt and herbs for sprinkling And this is how it works 1. place the bread mix in a mixing bowl, mix with the dry yeast and add the water and half of the oil. Mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer - first slowly for 1 minute and then for 4 minutes at the highest speed. 2. leave the dough, covered with a damp towel, to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. 3. preheat the oven to 200 °C fan-assisted or 225 °C top/bottom heat and place an ovenproof dish filled with water in the oven. 4. place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and use a dough scraper to form a rectangle measuring approx. 25 x 30 cm. Leave the dough to rest again for 15 minutes. 5. press the halved cocktail tomatoes into the dough, drizzle the dough with the remaining oil and sprinkle with salt and herbs. 6. bake your focaccia for 25 minutes in a fan oven or for 35 minutes in a top/bottom oven. 7. leave the bread to cool on a rack before enjoying.
