Product details

With the refined consistency and no added sugar of Biovegan Cake Glaze, along with its natural red coloring, you can perfectly highlight the fruitiness of your fruit topping. Completely free from added sugars!

Preparation:
Stir the contents of the packet into 250 ml of cold water and sweeten to taste. Bring the liquid to a brief boil while stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes while stirring frequently, until it becomes slightly thickened. Spoon the cake glaze from the center onto the cake. The cake can be sliced after cooling (about 30 minutes).

Tip:
Evenly sprinkle the cake base with Biovegan Whipping Stabilizer to prevent the base from becoming soggy.
